Service 06

The front door to the systems we build.

Web applications, Android and iPhone apps, and client portals that let your customers order, track and pay without a phone call.

The problem

If customers cannot reach you, they reach someone else.

Every order that has to go through a phone call is a customer who might not bother. A portal turns that into a few taps, at any hour, without anyone from your team being involved.

  • Orders and enquiries that only happen when someone answers the phone
  • Customers who cannot check their own order, balance or history
  • Data that lives on one back-office screen and nowhere else
  • Systems that are unusable on a phone, where most customers actually are

What you get

Ways for customers to reach you directly.

Each one connects to the systems behind your business, so nothing is entered twice.

Web applications

Dashboards and tools that run in the browser, on any device, with nothing to install.

Android & iPhone apps

Installable applications for staff or customers, built to keep working offline.

Client portals

A private space where your customers see their own orders, history and balances.

Ordering & booking

Online ordering, appointments and reservations that land in your system, not an inbox.

Payment & invoicing

Taking payment and sending invoices without anyone chasing a bank transfer.

Hosting & maintenance

We can host, monitor and maintain what we build, so it stays up and stays current.

How we work

Connected to your operation, not bolted on.

A portal is only useful if it talks to your real systems. We build the whole path, from the customer's screen to your stock and your books.

1. Map the journey

What does the customer need to do, from first contact to completion?

2. Design for the phone

Most customers will be on a phone. We design for that first, not as an afterthought.

3. Connect the systems

The front end is wired into your stock, sales and records, so nothing is re-entered.

4. Launch and maintain

We deploy, watch it, and keep improving it after launch.

Common questions

Before we build the front door.

Do we need an app, or is a website enough?

Often a well-built web app is enough and cheaper to run. We will tell you honestly when a native app is genuinely worth it.

Can it connect to the system you already built us?

Yes. That is the point. We connect the portal to your existing systems so data is entered once.

Will it work on slow connections?

Yes. We design for real conditions, including slow or intermittent connections.

Can customers pay through it?

Yes, payment and invoicing can be built in. We will be clear about what each payment method requires.

Do you maintain it after launch?

If you want us to. We can host, monitor and maintain it, or hand it over fully documented.
