We started with a report. Then realised the fix was a system.

We began in 2023 analysing numbers for clients — statements, pricing, margins, market data. Pattern after pattern told us the same thing: the analysis was not the problem. The problem was that nothing changed afterwards, because the fix lived in software nobody had built.

So we started building it. Inventory, point of sale, stock transfer control, automation. Our retail systems run in production across multiple outlets today, with the analysis work continuing alongside — because understanding the numbers is what tells us what to build.

What makes us different is that we do both halves. Most people who analyse cannot build. Most people who build cannot read a bank statement. We do both — which means we can take a business from "something feels wrong" to "here is the number, and here is the system that fixes it."
